Here are a few things to take note of:

▪️ Current clients may continue to book appointments as usual through Jane.

Minors

All therapy sessions for children and youth require an initial parent/guardian consultation appointment to be booked in advance for an intake session without the minor present. This appointment is a full billable session for the parent/guardian(s) only.

Both parents/guardian(s) are required to complete their own consent form for child and youth therapy sessions.

Direct Billing

Every effort will be made to direct bill your visit, as long as your insurer allows and all information is correct. However, clients are fully responsible for all costs in the event that I cannot direct bill your insurer and you will be issued a receipt so that you can submit your claim yourself.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.
